Each day the Insiders are writing the history of Teaminside, which is a real career accelerator for all of them.
The band of Insiders has already grown to more than 100 digital professionals and committed adventure seekers. The Insiders can express their digital talents anywhere there is a Wi-Fi network.
They consolidate their digital experience everyday by completing assignments in the same spirit as great adventurers. They are monitored individually by their Assignment Manager as they move through the stages that will lead them to their dream jobs. To support their goals, Teaminside has secret weapons to help each of them grow.

The driving force: Jean-Sébastien Hongre

Founder and CEO of Teaminside, the ‘Chief Linker’.
In 1996, Jean-Sébastien Hongre founded the web agency Planète Interactive (200 employees), which became Isobar/Aegis. Based on that experience, he decided to launch Teaminside in 2011 to simplify digital processes for companies and make it easier to in-source web skills thanks to the Insiders.

Cécile, Talent hunter

Cécile Lachan, aka the ‘Digital Linker’, supervises the Assignment Managers who are the behind-the-scenes muscle and greatest allies of Insiders.
The Assignment Manager harnesses his energy to supervise and support the Insiders over the course of their placement with a client. He helps the Insiders be at the top of their digital game.
The Assignment Manager is not a sales rep; he has over 10 years of digital experience. He is the point of contact for our clients and the perfect co-pilot along the Insider’s professional journey.

Anne, Business Development Director

Anne Sidi, Director of Development, aka the ‘Biz Linker’, is the commercial force at Teaminside. Thanks to her, the Insiders always have fulfilling and thrilling assignments on a par with their aspirations and working where the digital action is for our major accounts.
